The Support Team Services. Depending on the license type, the rending services may be different. Our support team providing services are:

1. Free installation

We do not require a payment for our software installation and setting on your server. All license types - including Partner and Free Trial ones - imply the free installation.

Please note that installing ISPmanager, you will get some application software - Apache, php and the like. "Free installation" includes the installation of the application software versions presented in your operating system package repository. Our experts can also install and adjust extras, in case you wish to have any sideline application software products. We can install and tune the control panel on a server where some software is already installed and setup. For this kind of work we charge 20 EUR per hour (the minimum amount is 10 EUR).

2. Technical support (requiring payment)

No matter which kind of license a client has, he/she has a right to resort to the help of our experts (Perpetual license allows the first 3 months of our technical support). Our support team is responsible for:

1. any consultation concerning the control panel work and its interaction with your server software;
2. any help in our software additional, detailed setting;
3. any problem concerning incorrect or incomplete installation (JUST for the cases then a software had been installed by our experts);

Any other problems can be solved at extra cost. The premium service tariff is 20 EUR per hour (the minimum amount is 10 EUR).

3. Technical support (free of charge)

Then your support service chargeable period is over (in case of Perpetual license), our experts will continue fixing errors in the control panel. Also your questions will not be set aside then you ask them on our forum.

Any other problems can be solved at extra cost. The premium service tariff is 20 EUR per hour (the minimum amount is 10 EUR).

4. Server complete administrating

Our company would like to offer you a special service - your server complete administrating. The service includes:

1. your server software timely updating;
2. your server twenty-four-hour monitoring and any problem on-the-fly response;
3. any problem solving, that concerns your server software installation and setting;

The server complete administrating service's tariff is 200 EUR per month (the price is for a single server administrating). You can place more than one server administrating at cut rates.
