There are several levels of access in ISPmanager: Server administrators (root and administrators): Root has full access to the server. Root can create sites and users Reseller: Reseller has limited root access. Reseller may create and manage only own sites. This type of users is available in ISPmanager Professional only. Site administrator: This is a site owner. He can create users, sub domains, etc. Root may login as site administrator by clicking on "Switch to the site administrator level" button. User: User cannot create sites and users. He has very limited access rights. Being a root or site administrator select user and click on "Switch to the user level" button.
