DSmanager reseller account is a user on the local that is used to control the users associated with it. Reseller maintains this control in the frameworks of permissions granted by administrator. Below is the list of basic features available for reseller through DSmanager web-interface.
Servers
Reseller can modify his/her dedicated servers parameters, delete the servers from the control panel, edit power and network connection status, reboot servers, reinstall operating system, and monitor traffic statistics. Reseller can also access the control panel using any of his/her server user privileges.

DSmanager user is an account of a dedicated server owner. Reseller can set the certain parameters for these accounts and use their priveleges for the control panel access.
