There are two versions of ISPmanager - ISPmanager Lite и ISPmanager Professional. Professional version includes more features for quality server control. The list below presents the features of ISPmanager Professional control panel that you couldn't find in ISPmanager Lite.

Reseller

Administrator can create resellers accounts on his server. Such accounts owners can create users within their quotas on disk space, number of domains, WWW domains, data bases, users accounts of different types.

Policy

You can establish intrasubjective policy. That means you can decide, for instance, whether to stop users accounts and WWW domains if they exceed their traffic limit or not; whether to use prefixes in the users and databases names or not.

Themes

Administrator can define which theme will be used and the theme browsers supported. Using individual theme settings, you can, for example, change logo file and CSS file location. Administrator can also rename a theme and then users will see this new name in their settings and authorization form.

Support center

The module "Technical support center" helps to organize dialog between users of different access levels in order to solve problems of subordinate users by users with higher level access. In other words, unprivileged users can ask their reseller, resellers can ask their administrator.

Presets

If you can access more than one ISPmanager control panel, you will not have to create users and resellers presets again and again. Using special module, you can copy your them.
