ISPmanager allows service providers to offer its resellers to have complete control of their end-user's hosting accounts. All resellers can create multiple users as per the quota allocated to them (limits on disk space and number of users, WWW domains, databases, domains).
* Attention: Resellers are available only in ISPmanager Professional.
Users
This ISPmanager module provides the control of the system users. These control panel users are capable to manage WWW domains, FTP accounts, mail boxes, data bases and domain names.

Presets
Reseller can create presets. Preset is a saved group of settings that can be applied to a user or reseller when it is created. Presets determine items such as accounts parameters. Reseller can also determine the control panel set of functions available for users created by a preset.

WWW domains
WWW domain (site) is a collection of webpages and scripts accessible via HTTP on the Internet. Using our control panel, you can set WWW domains parameters and check their views statistics.

Reseller can create and manage DNS zone records, edit resource records, regenerate DNS zone records etc.

Mail domains
Reseller has complete control over mail domains created by him or by his user. Mail domains are used to create mail boxes. In an email address, the domain name is the part after @.

Reseller has control over users mail boxes. As a reseller you can modify mail boxes settings, view the disk space occupied by mail boxes and clean them up.

Reseller can access his users databases list. As a reseller you can create and manage your users databases, set database quota, manage database growth and log files etc using the manage database option.

There is a module which allows viewing the total number of WWW domains, users, databases, domain names of reseller, and the use of disk space and network traffic.

Reseller can view the traffic usage statistics divided between network protocols.

Support center
The module "Technical support center" helps to organize dialog between users of different access levels in order to solve problems of subordinate users by users with higher level access. In other words, unprivileged users can ask their reseller, resellers can ask their administrator.
