Administrator has complete control over all the server functions and services. Members of this group have complete and unrestricted access to all the functions available for unprivileged users. Administrator defines registration entries control policy, data bases, and the like. The list below presents the basic features available for administrator in ISPmanager control panel.
Resellers

Administrator can create resellers accounts on his/her server. All resellers can create multiple users as per the quota allocated to them (i.e. limits on disk space, domains and WWW domains number, databases and users accounts of different types).

Users
This ISPmanager module provides the control of the system users. The control panel allows users to manage WWW domains, FTP accounts, mail boxes, data bases and domain names.

Presets
Administrator can create presets. Preset is a saved group of settings that can be applied to a user or reseller when it is created. Presets determine items such as accounts parameters. Administrator can also determine the control panel set of functions available for users created by a preset.

WWW domains
WWW domain (site) is a collection of webpages and scripts accessible via HTTP on the Internet. Using our control panel, you can set WWW domains parameters and check their views statistics.

Domain names (DNS)
Administrator can view / create / modify / delete any domain zone placed on the server. As an administrator you can edit different domain zone records, set the list of servers (slave servers) with ISPmanager control panel. All the changes made on the master server will be automatically applied to the slave name servers .

Mail domains
Administrator has the full access to the mail domains management. In an email address, the domain name is the part after the @ in the address.

Mail boxes
Administrator can control mail boxes on his/her server (change settings, view the disk space occupied and clean up the mail boxes).

Scheduler (cron)
Scheduler is a web-interface to OS cron daemon. It allows periodically execute your tasks on the server.

File management
Administrator has the full access to the server file system through the ISPmanager module "File management". He/she can create / delete / copy / move files and directories all over the server file system, change file attributes, download files from the server, upload the local disk files.

ISPmanager control panel supports databases servers MySQL, Postgres и FireBird located on local or remote server.

As an administrator you can create and manage databases, set database quota, manage database growth and log files etc using the manage database option.

PHP extensions
Administrator can view the PHP extensions list installed in the system and choose which one will be used for WWW domains by default. Then users can enable or disable PHP extensions for their WWW domains.

Services
ISPmanager provides an opportunity to control servicer running, such as HTTP, DNS, FTP, SMTP, POP3 and MySQL. Using the manage services option you can manage all your systems services i.e. Start / Stop Services from the web-based interface itself. You do not have to logon to the server to troubleshoot problematic services. As an administrator you can also set services running mode (standalone, inetd, xinetd), set autostart after reboot, and monitor services availability.

IP-addresses
IP manager provides for easier management of IP addresses, will allow an administrator to manage IP's even before they are assigned server / resellers. You can add / delete IP's on server, assign IP's to users, resellers and even end-users etc, distribute IP's among users and resellers accounts. Administrator can also make IP-addresses public or forbid the certain resellers access to some of them.

This module contains the system basic parameters: processor, operating memory, disk space, processes number, server`s uptime and average loading.

Acting log
Administrator can view the control panel functions calls information, find out all the actions made by a user and his IP-address. There is a filter in the module for the fast searching of the information you need.

Administrator can manage filtration of network connections with certain services of your own server. He/She can close or allow access from certain IP-addresses.

Backup settings
The control panel provides an opportunity to backup data on your server and store archives in one of the local directories or on remote FTP-server. Administrator can choose the number or archives kept (daily, weekly, monthly) and what what exactly he/she wishes to keep (users files, databases, mail boxes, system configurative files).

Modules access limitation, based on different users permissions, involves the certain control panel collection of modules divided between different access levels. But you can limit the modules access for a single user or for a group of users.

Policy

You can establish intrasubjective policy. That means you can decide, for instance, whether to stop users accounts and WWW domains if they exceed their traffic limit or not; whether to use prefixes in the users and databases names or not, etc.

Themes

Administrator can define which theme will be used and the theme browsers supported. Using individual theme settings, you can, for example, change logo file and CSS file location. Administrator can also rename a theme and then users will see this new name in their settings and authorization form.

The module "Technical support center" helps to organize dialog between users of different access levels in order to solve problems of subordinate users by users with higher level access. In other words, unprivileged users can ask their reseller, resellers can ask their administrator.
