New interface theme

A new default theme provides a bright new look for IPmanager. It includes many graphics and icons; allows forms moving and theis size changing. You can also modify tables columns. Improved navigation system will make your pages easy to access.
There is DefaultTheme parameter for the one who would like to keep the old control panel view.
