Added improvements for comfortable activation/deactivation of Nginx. The modules mod_rpaf and mod_realip provide better management for Apache server. Upon Nginx activation Watchdog changes port to monitor Apache. Value of server_names_hash_max_size and server_names_hash_bucket_size are now increased automatically then Nginx is not start up after new WWW domains creation or after the config files conversion.
