BILLmarket is a free platform by ISPsystem for posting information about BILLmanager integration modules. The platform is useful both for direct users of the platform to expand its functionality and for developers who want to market their applications for free or fee-based.
In April 2025, the marketplace was updated with a new module. Swarmica is a knowledge and application management system that allows you to combine the familiar interface of BILLmanager client area with the professional capabilities of the support platform with the following functionality: advanced ticket system, intelligent knowledge base (KCS), quality control for enquiry processing, automation tools and AI assistant.
With deep and smart integration, you get full control over the service quality, and users get communication transparency and convenience.
The module is already available for free download and installation
