How does this work?

The Equipment Accounting module allows you to centrally store information about each unit of equipment for all connected data centers.

To register equipment, you need to fill out a simple form, and for specific equipment, it is enough to make the appropriate type of record in DCImanager

The module shows the location of each piece of equipment, its status, history of movement and operation

The platform allows for automatic inventory of not only equipment, but also components – cables, patch panels, fans, blanking panels and others.

Information about components is updated automatically, the administrator does not need to manually fill in cards and characteristics if something has changed

DCImanager automatically recognizes components installed in servers and allows you to register them in two clicks. If the components have been moved to another equipment, it is enough to update their list using the diagnostic procedure. The process is fully automated; manual filling of cards with characteristics is not required.
