Centralized inventory of
IT equipment
DCImanager automates the inventory of any equipment in racks and warehouses, monitoring the history of its operation and changes in hardware components.
The platform allows for centralized inventory of IT assets even in the context of a geographically distributed infrastructure.

How does this work?
The Equipment Accounting module allows you to centrally store information about each unit of equipment for all connected data centers.
Equipment inventory
with DCImanager
DCImanager automates the inventory of any IT equipment:
- Servers and their components: processors, RAM, hard drives
- PCI devices
- switches
- routers
- UPS
For standard equipment, DCImanager has ready-made forms. To keep track of any other equipment, it is enough to create the required record type in the platform. This allows to keep inventory of such types of assets as:
- Server components: cables, plugs, fans and other consumables
- Office PCs and office equipment

What inventory
capabilities does
DCImanager provide?
Automatic detection and inventory
DCImanager automatically recognizes components installed in servers and allows you to register them in two clicks. If the components have been moved to another equipment, it is enough to update their list using the diagnostic procedure. The process is fully automated; manual filling of cards with characteristics is not required.
Inventory of geographically distributed infrastructure
The platform allows centralized storage of information about IT assets in all data centers and sites, regardless of their geographical distance.
Assistance in procurement planning
With DCImanager you will always be aware of how much equipment is in use and how much is stored in warehouses. Information about all available and used IT assets allows you to competently plan the purchase of equipment and its modernization.
