Retaining, developing and supporting existing clients is cheaper for companies than attracting new ones – it is an axiom of business. Referral programmes, loyalty programmes, discounts and other “perks” are used to encourage customers to purchases.
In the cloud business too, clients appreciate such gestures by providers, building up the volume of resources purchased when offered a discount.
In order for you to motivate both existing and new clients to buy, we have implemented the ability to create bonus programmes in the BILLmanager platform.
To start working with the programme, install the corresponding module in the “Integrations” section, and then proceed to management.
In the parameter settings section, providers can:
- set the name and icon for bonuses;
- set the period of validity of the programme;
- create and modify the rules taking into account tariffs and tariff groups;
- configure a bonus programme for each provider's brand;
- connect mandatory consent from clients to participate in the programme.
Clients receive bonuses for the following actions:
- registration in the bonus programme;
- purchase of services by product types;
- purchase of a certain number of services;
- achievement of the amount of ordered services set in the programme;
- top-ups.
The provider also chooses how the bonuses will be deducted. We have made it possible to pay with bonuses for the entire purchase or a certain percentage of the amount. Besides, bonus points can be accrued and deducted manually.
Clients can manage their bonuses in the Client area too:
- monitor the status of bonus account: accrual, deduction and periods of activation;
- amount of bonuses accrued for purchasing a certain tariff;
- set the number of bonuses to be deducted within the rules set by the provider.
