Starting from version 5.63.0 BILLmanager is has a fully integrated Live chat module, which greatly increases easy and speed of reaction time, when communicating with your customers. You can install this module into your BILLmanager as well as website.
Current features of the module:
- Log your customers In BILLmanager directly from the Chat dialogue box;
- View Client information within the Chat;
- Convert chat sessions into Tickets, for further review.
To this date the module is in stage of open beta and is available for free. You can easily install it using Documentation and share your feedback with us in comments to this news or on the forum.
