The BILLmanager 5 panel is over 8 years old. Throughout these years we have been developing and improving our product, but now the time has come to announce the EOL for the fifth version of BILLmanager. The new generation of the product allows to use modern technological solutions, add the necessary integrations and develops in accordance with research on the needs of the audience.

The EOL process will take place in two stages

Stage 1: From September 1, 2022 — LTS (Long-term support) of BILLmanager 5. New features will not be added to BILLmanager 5, only critical errors and security bugs will be fixed. BILLmanager 5 documentation will be moved to the "Software with limited support" section.

Stage 2: From July 1, 2023 — EOL (End-of-life) of BILLmanager 5. No updates or patches will be released. You can buy the product updates only until July 1, 2023.

Technical and advisory support for BILLmanager 5 is provided until July 1, 2023, according to the specified procedure.

BILLmanager 5 perpetual licenses, as well as those renewed beyond July 1, 2023, will continue to work, but without updates or improvements. After July 1, 2023, we do not recommend using BILLmanager 5 without the most current updates.

Upgrading to the current version of BILLmanager 6

This year we have released BILLmanager 6 with an updated interface and new features, some of which are available only in this version of the product. We talked more about the new interface and our plans in this article:

Note:

We are extending our offer to replace BILLmanager 5 perpetual licenses until August 16, 2022.

You can exchange your perpetual BILLmanager 5 licenses, with or without updates purchased, for the current version of BILLmanager 6.

  • If you have already purchased a platform upgrade, you will be given a BILLmanager 6 license for one year, to which we will add a paid upgrade period from the date of your request.
  • If you have not yet purchased the upgrade, you will be given a one-year license for BILLmanager 6 from the date of your request.
