Support stages

This is the documentation for the deprecated product VMmanager 5. It is no longer updated and may be irrelevant. Documentation for the current version of VMmanager can be found in the VMmanager 6 section.

Support of VMmanager 5 Cloud includes three stages:

GA (General availability) — main support stage;
LTS (Long-term support) — limited support stage;
EOL (End-of-life) — support withdrawal stage.

The duration of each step is determined by VMmanager 5 Cloud life cycle stages.

The latest available version of the control panel is 5.340.0.

Note

From 01/06/2023 technical support will only be provided as part of the migration from the fifth to the sixth version of the product.
