Filter by entry in expenses

Create in /usr/local/mgr5/etc/xml file "billmgr_mod_xxx.xml" with the following content:

<mgrdata>
  <metadata name="expense.filter">
    <form>
      <field name="account">
        <input name="account" delimiter=" ~ "/>
      </field>
    </form>
  </metadata>
</mgrdata>
```
Details
the delimiter parameter specifies the type of condition to compare. If you specify delimiter = ' ~ ', then the substring search expression will be substituted.
Restart platform:

killall core
```
