The request was executed without authorization. The error can occur due to problems in any of the platform subsystems.

Possible solutions

• Make sure that the request is executed under the authorized user name. If the request is executed via API, authorize using the instructions in the API guide article of the VMmanager documentation.
• Check if the IP address, login or password of the server is correct.
