Auto-renewal of the service failed after balance top-up

Description

Auto-renewal is available for the service at the expense of funds on the balance of the personal account. At the time the auto-renewal was performed, there were insufficient funds in the balance. The service did not automatically renew after the top-up.

Solution

If there are insufficient funds in the balance at the time of auto-renewal, the service:

  1. Goes to the intermediate status In progress.
  2. Stops.

Auto-renewal will be performed only for services in the Active or Suspended status. If at the moment of the top up the service is in the status of In Progress, auto-renewal will not take place. After the status is changed to Suspended, the service will be automatically renewed according to the normal schedule if there are enough funds on the balance.

If the service is not automatically extended after the top-up, perform one of the actions:

  • renew the service manually under Products/Services → select the service → click Renew. The next auto-renewal will follow the normal schedule if there are sufficient funds in the balance;
  • wait for the next automatic renewal attempt. For example, for licenses with daily debit, the next renewal attempt will be made the next day.
