License got stuck during the payment process

Description

The license gets stuck in the Payment in progress status and any operations with the service are unavailable. This happens if for some reason you were unable to pay for the license on the first attempt. For example, connection lost, incorrect data entered, error on the bank's side, etc.

Solution
