The section Products/Services contains information about all services and provides different options for their management. Customers and the service provider have different options in this section. A client can see the services that he has purchased. The provider can view all the services of his clients and modify them.
Services on the provider side
Information about services
In Products/Services, you can see all the clients that have bought them. Also, you can monitor the current Status of every service:
- — special prices are set;
- — active current operations;
- — automatic renewal;
- Ordered — a service is in the Cart waiting for payment. Or the payment has been already made, but the billing system hasn't received the funds yet;
- Active — a service is active;
- Suspended — a service has been suspended by the client;
- Suspended by administrator — a service has been suspended by the administrator;
- Suspended due to abuse — a service was suspended automatically after the abuse limit had been reached;
- Temporary suspended;
- Deleted — a service has been deleted and cannot be restored. This status is not displayed on the client side;
- In progress — the billing system is activating a service. This status can have several states:
- activation;
- suspension;
- resume;
- reboot;
- renewal;
- transfer;
- deletion.
- Configuration required — the quick order option is activated. A client has to specify additional information to complete the order. Learn more under Quick order;
- Not available — the remote control panel has insufficient resources for service activation.
Operations with services
To modify a service, go to Products/Services → Product type → select the service. You can perform the following operations.
- Edit — modify the service configuration: change the renewal price, validity period, auto-renewal period;
- Delete — delete a service beyond recovery. A service provider can always delete services. To allow customers to delete their services enable Service deletion rules on the product type configuration form. Learn more under Product types;
- Enable — enable a service that was disabled earlier;
- Disable — suspend a service;
- Renew — enlarge the service validity period;

Change tariff — change the service tariff plan;
Note:If the service is in the "Suspended by administrator" status, then the tariff change is not available. - Options — add or delete additional resources for a service;
- History — view operations performed with a service: activation, suspension, etc.;
- Ticket — create a ticket for the client associated with the service.
Some services have additional settings, e.g.:
- IP address for virtual servers;
- Statistics for virtual servers and shared hosting;
- Whois, NS, and Check for Domains;
- Virtual servers for Virtual data centers.
Services on the client side
In Products/Services a client can view all the services that he has purchased from his hosting provider and order a new service. Go to Products/Services → product type → Order.
Information about services

The clients who already use BILLmanager 6, can see the following Statuses:
- Renewal in progress — automatic renewal is enabled for a service;
- Transfer;
- In cart — a service is in the Cart waiting for payment;
- In progress — the billing system is activating a service. This status can have several states:
- activation;
- suspension;
- reboot;
- deletion.
- Complete configuration — the quick order option is activated. A client needs to specify additional information to complete the order. Learn more under Quick order;
- Access to KVM — remote server management via KVM. This status is displayed only for dedicated servers;
- Payment in progress — the payment has been already made, but the billing system hasn't received the funds yet;
- Registration in progress;
- Registrar change;
- Issue;
- Issue error;
- Reissue.
