This billing type can be set for resources that a service provider includes in a tariff price. When ordering a service, a client cannot change the amount of this resource or cancel it.
Example: a hosting provider sells virtual servers and includes ISPmanager Lite in the price of the tariff plan. The provider can set the Do not bill billing type for "ISPmanager license".
The billing system will order a license for every VPS automatically. The client won't see the addon "ISPmanager license" on the service order form. If the provider wants to show this resource to the customers during the order, it needs to select another billing type.
