How to merge client accounts

In BILLmanager, you can merge two client accounts into one. The main account will have services, payments, and expenses of both clients. 

Note:
After you have completed this operation, the account being merged will be deleted. All his users will be merged to the remaining account. 

Complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Tools Merge clients.
  2. Select the Primary account and Merging account. 
  3. Click on Next
  4. Make sure that you have specified the accounts correctly. 
  5. Click on Finish.
Note:
If you have merged clients connected to different providers, the primary account will be connected to several providers.
