Client segments

Segments allow grouping clients by one or several characteristic groups. Segments can be used for creating marketing newsletters and notifications. A segment defines who will receive notifications. You can even specify a single customer in a segment.

How to create a segment

  1. Go to Marketing → Client segments → Add.
  2. Enter the Name and click on Ok
  3. To specify the rules, select the segment → ConditionsAdd.
  4. Select the Type — client selection criteria. Parameters on the next step may vary depending on selected the type.
  5. Select the Condition group. Conditions in this group will be combined by the OR operator. Groups will be combined by the AND operator. For example, A, B, and C operators can be combined into one group. D and E operators are combined into the second group. The result will be as follows: (A OR B OR C) AND (D OR E).
