The log of interaction between Microsoft Windows Azure Pack and the billing system is recorded in the file /usr/local/mgr5/var/pmazure.log.

item_not_exists | There is the user in Microsoft Windows Azure Pack with the name registered in BILLmanager 5; this user has no Active or Suspended service or service In progress. |
getusage_fail | Failed to retrieve information about subscription resources used. |
empty_password | Empty password for the existing service of the user at the moment of opening a new VDC. |
provider_not_exist | Failed to find a provider with this name. |
sub_not_exists | Failed to find a subscription with this ID. |
networks_exists | User networks exist in the VDC to be deleted. You need to delete the networks manually to reload the ongoing deletion operation. |
owner_not_found | Failed to find a user with the name "<username in BILLmanager>.SYS" during password change. |
unknown_plan | Failed to find a VDC template specified in tariff plan parameters when a new service is opened. |
forbidden | The user that has been used for integration with Microsoft Windows Azure Pack does not have sufficient rights for the called function. |
not_found | The object of the request does not exist. |
bad_request | Incorrect request or impossible to process the request. |
