Integration with OpenStack allows a service provider to sell virtual data-centers.
After a client makes an order, BILLmanager sends the API request to OpenStack to create a virtual data center (VDC). The service is considered open (it has the "Active" status in BILLmanager) when a data-center is created successfully in OpenStack.
The owner of the virtual data center (the client) can manage his service from BILLmanager or from OpenStack. He is able to switch to OpenStack control panel from the service management page in BILLmanager: "Products/Services" → "Virtual data-center" → Virtual DC → button "Log in".
Once the service is activated, your client will receive a manual with the URL to OpenStack and login credentials. The manual can be found on BILLmanager service management page: "Products/Services" → "Virtual data-center" → Virtual DC → button "Manual".
