Welcome bonuses are a bonus program tool that allows providers to reward customers. For more information, see the article Bonus program setup
Welcome bonuses are credited at any creation of a bonus account. For more information about bonus account see the article Managing clients.
In particular, a bonus account can be created:
- when the bonus program is enabled;
- at client registration;
- when the platform administrator creates a client account. The client must be connected to a provider for which the bonus program is enabled;
- when the client joins a provider with a bonus program enabled;
- when a client registers at another provider with the bonus program enabled.
Welcome bonuses are not accrued if the bonus account has been turned off and on again.
Once enabled, the option is available for modification. If the value has been changed, the new amount of bonuses is accrued when new clients are registered.
To enable welcome bonuses, open the Provider → Providers → select a provider → click Change button → the Bonus program settings section → select the Accrue welcome bonuses to clients option → enter the Amount of welcome bonuses.
