Provider groups allow you to set provider relatedness.
If providers are in the same group:
- users and customer payers are considered common at all providers of the group;
- a client registered with one provider will be able to authorize in the personal profile of another provider.
If providers are in different groups:
- the customer can use the same email to sign up with different providers.
A provider can only be in one group at a time.
Setting
- Go to Provider → Providers → select a provider → click Groups.
- Click Add.
- Fill out the form:
- enter the name of the group;
- activate the Do not check whether the phone number is unique option to allow the use of the same phone number for verification on different accounts.
You can create multiple groups, but only one can be active with each provider.
