Integration with VMware vCloud Director (NSX-T) (‘vCloud Director’) allows a provider to offer virtual data centres (‘VDCs’) to its customers. For more information about the NSX-T platform, see the official VMWare documentation: https://www.vmware.com/docs/nsx-t-30-operation-guide
The vCloud Director processing module built into BILLmanager supports integration with version 10.6.0. The module allows you to:
- order VDC service;
- manage objects within the service:
- virtual machines (VM);
- networks;
- routers;
- delete the service
BILLmanager supports integration with VMware vCloud Director v10.6.0. In this version of vCloud Director, only VDC objects such as virtual networks and virtual servers are guaranteed to work. Errors may occur when working with routers and their components.
The data centre owner (client) can manage the service via BILLmanager or vCloud Director. You can access the vCloud Director (NSX-T) control panel from the Service Management page in BILLmanager: Products/Services → Virtual DC → select the required VDC → click Go to.
